Reflexology with Vera Washer
Reflexology is preventative health care. It is a safe natural way of healing and reducing stress and induces relaxation, improvise circulation and revitalises energy. It is based on the premise that a mirror image of the body is reflected in the feet and hands.

Vera is available for consultations at WOMEN’S Healthworks with appointments varying from week to week.
Reflexology is $25.00 for members
$30.00 for non-membersAppointments are for one hour.

Naturopathy with Debbie Burton (Consultant Naturopath)
Debbie is an experienced naturopath/medical herbalist with a special interest in women’s health and all aspects of health care. Her services include iridology, herbal medicine, homeopathy, nutritional advice and therapeutic massage.

Costs start at $48.00 (1st appointment an hour).
